    That drink is actually on point... I love scotch, but never in a million would have paired it with absinthe and torched rosemary. Wife HATES scotch (and abisnthe for that matter). We both enjoyed it quite a bit.

    Burgers should be completely cooked through though, because all of the meat has come in contact with the meat grinder and thus it is possible it carries bacteria

    This looks tasty, though I am not a fan of the thick, pinkness of this RAWburger. Thanks for at least cooking the onions thoroughly, as RAW onions make me sick. The buns look awesome. I will have to start making my own, then devouring them.

      @sketroux i mean, yeah but you still mince the whole external layer of the steak And don't get me wrong, for me it isn't even about the bacteria, but i don't really love the pink minced meat in a burguer xc in steaks tho is great

      @Oie Ci it's actually better for your health, less nutrients(not that there are many) are cooked out and it's far less of a carcinogen. The only reason pink minced meat is a risk is because you don't know the conditions of where it was ground. He ground it himself in a place he trusts to be clean, cant get less risky than that even cooking it to a crisp. Also dont knock it till you try it, far more moist and supreme texture

    Does anyone know how to make the Onionjam? Tried it myself but mine didnt jammify at all! Dont know if I used too much water/didnt use enough or maybe cooked em too hot, but i only got dark Onions, which didnt taste too bad, but that Jam looks super tasty
